Our History

We are a grassroots organisation who have always been committed to creating connections, reducing rural isolation through social interaction and community participation.

In 1999 we became an incorporated Community Organisation at a meeting hosted by Ovens Health.

We are grateful for Moyhu Lions Club supporting us to find a home at the old Presbyterian Sunday school. We were then funded to set up a learning centre by the Victorian State Government.

In 2009, we moved to the Masonic Lodge in Moyhu, providing us with more space. In 2023, the Masonic Lodge handed over the building to King Valley Learning Exchange as the sole occupants.

We were previously known as King Valley Learning Exchange, and made the name change in 2024, as everything we do is for our Community.
